March 16  You are invited to our second annual Sunday Motif Luncheon -- a tribute to terroir-supreme wines and the at spirit. Dine on the lakeside lawn with proprietors -- former Miss America Marian McKnight Conway and actor/artist/vintner Gary Carmody Conway. Guest Chef Charles Paladin Wayne creates a celebration menu highlighting the Motif series. Winemaker Luncheon begins noon sharp. Pre-lunch tasting of Zinfandel Festival past collaborative blends! $35.00 for Inner Circle/Club Motif members. $45.00 non-members. 

April 19  Earth Day~Blessing of the Vines. Venture into a Saturday afternoon of sublime cuisine, artisan wines, and kindred spirits. With a toast of Art of the Vineyard Chardonnay the magic begins with a communal stroll into our vineyard, acknowledging indebtedness for the harvests of our history and with the sense and spirit of hope for the 2008 harvest – in the vineyard and in our lives. Share the experience with dear friends, loved ones, the proprietors and venerated vintner Greg Cropper. After the invocation join us for a buffet-style Winemaker's Luncheon. May 16 - 18  Paso Robles Wine Festival Weekend. Estate grown wines & olive oil that re-define bio-dynamic & sustainable viticulture. Sunday, May 18, vertical tasting of our multiple gold and double gold winning blend Cadenza, 1995 through 2004 ~ library selected available for sale! Light hors d' oeuvres. 1 - 3 pm. $30.00. July 4th Weekend Celebration. We honor Thomas Jefferson as founding father and founding father of wine and viticulture in this country. This promises to be a memorable event that will combine extraordinary wine and cuisine and history on the July 4 weekend. We will be joined by a very special guest!

July 10 - 13  Central Coast Wine Classic. Friday, July 11, 9:30 am - 11.00 am. The concept of terroir is never more meaningful than when it relates to Pinot Noir, arguably the most fickle grape variety and the most expressive of place of origin. This symposium focuses on SLO County geology, soils and microclimates. Terroir expert, the enthusiastic and engaging Dr. Tom Rice, co-author of the extraordinary work, "Paso Robles, An American Terroir," leads a tasting and discussion featuring superb Pinot Noir wines from Carmody McKnight and nine other Central Coast Pinot Noir producers.

October 17 - 19 Paso Robles Harvest Wine Tour. Saturday October 18 ~ 6th annual Cork & Pork Pulled Pork from the Pit Party. Winemaker Greg Cropper prepares 36 hours in advance his famed & fabulous, award winning, eighteen-hour whole pit-roasted pork. The whole pork roast will be un-earthed NOON SHARP. Executive Chef Charles Paladin Wayne on hand once again to prepare the sides. This event has become so popular that in 2007 we had to roast THREE sows.
